Tracivex doesn’t
transmit your data.
Processing stays local. If you export something through Files, AirDrop, Share Sheet, a report, or an artifact export, that transfer is initiated by you.
The short version.
This policy covers the Kestrel apps published by Tracivex LLC, including Kestrel Lite and Kestrel Sight. Analysis and application processing happen locally on your device. Tracivex does not operate a cloud analysis service, does not require an account, and does not add analytics or telemetry to these apps.
00000020 · COLLECTIONWhat we collect.
Nothing. Tracivex does not operate servers that receive data from the apps.
The App Store handles purchases, in-app upgrades, and licensing. Tracivex receives anonymized aggregate sales data through App Store Connect — it does not connect specific purchases to specific users.
00000030 · STORAGEWhat stays on your device.
Each app stores its own local state in its sandboxed container. Kestrel Lite and Sight access the capture you select through the system file picker and create a protected working copy inside the Kestrel sandbox using NSFileProtectionComplete. Kestrel does not write to your original capture.
App-local working copies, session state, and unexported reports remain inside the app container and are removed when the app is deleted. Files you explicitly export through Files, AirDrop, Share Sheet, PDF report export, or artifact export leave the Kestrel sandbox at your direction and are then controlled by the destination you selected.
00000040 · NETWORKWhen the apps touch the network.
Kestrel Lite and Sight on iOS contain no application endpoints or analysis code that initiate network connections. They use no cloud analysis service, telemetry service, or third-party analytics SDK. App Transport Security is restrictive and the shipping build also includes a defensive URLProtocol layer for URL-loading requests; those are defense-in-depth controls rather than the basis of the privacy claim. Application source is reviewed for prohibited networking APIs; a signed-build symbol and linkage review is planned before that claim is made at the binary level.
