This policy covers all apps published by Tracivex LLC, including Kestrel Lite, Kestrel Sight, and BlackBox. Tracivex apps run entirely on your device. They make no outbound network connections, send no analytics, and contact no external services. There is no cloud, no account, no telemetry.
Future versions may add an optional, explicitly-documented local-Wi-Fi pairing between Kestrel Sight and Kestrel Talon. This policy will be updated with a new effective date before that ships.

Nothing. Tracivex does not operate servers that receive data from the apps.
The App Store handles purchases, in-app upgrades, and licensing. Tracivex receives anonymized aggregate sales data through App Store Connect — it does not connect specific purchases to specific users.

Each app stores its own local state in its sandboxed container. None of this leaves your device unless you send it somewhere (email, AirDrop, Files export).
Kestrel Sight and Kestrel Lite read capture files from where you opened them (Files, iCloud Drive, other providers).

Kestrel Lite and Sight on iOS ship with no networking code in the binary, no networking-capable frameworks linked, App Transport Security hard-locked, and a defensive URLProtocol layer that rejects any outbound URLSession request. The entitlements file is empty. The combined effect is that the apps make no outbound network connections of any kind.
BlackBox on macOS goes further: it declares no network entitlement under the macOS App Sandbox, which means the kernel itself rejects any attempt to open a socket — independent of anything in the app code. This is a platform constraint, not a promise.
