Shipped code.
Real email.
Tracivex is an LLC. I write Swift for Apple platforms. I answer my own support mail. I don’t have a team, a VC, or a roadmap meeting.
Tools that earn their keep.
Native, not cross-platform. Swift and SwiftUI on Apple frameworks only. No wrappers, no Electron, no RN. If it runs on macOS, it feels like a Mac app.
On-device, not in the cloud. Your data doesn’t leave the machine. No analytics.
Sold, not subscribed. Where possible, pay once and own it. Free editions where they make sense.
Answered, not ticketed. Support emails go to the person who wrote the code. You get a reply, usually within forty-eight hours, from the only human who could have caused the bug.
Email is the best way. Bug reports, feature requests, licensing, press, collaborations — all the same inbox.
