Kestrel

The Kestrel Security Stack. Packet capture analysis running entirely on device. Lite is free and covers the essentials. Sight removes the 50,000-packet cap and adds raw-data search and analyst bookmarks. Pro (in development) adds sensitive-data scanning, anomaly detection, file carving, and audit-logged PDF reports. Talon (in development) brings the same analysis engine to macOS with live packet capture.

A proper viewer for TeslaCam and Sentry Mode footage on the Mac. Tesla gives you a USB drive full of MP4s. BlackBox gives you a timeline — multi-camera synchronized playback, live HW4 telemetry decoded from the video stream itself (speed, gear, steering, Autopilot, GPS), event metadata, storage analysis, and single-file MP4 export with burned-in overlays.
